What We Do
Electrical Testing & Tagging to AS/NZS 3760:2010
WorkSafe W.A. states all portable electrical appliance/equipment and RCDs used in a workplace must be regularly inspected and tested in accordance with the OSH or MSI regulations.
WorkSafe requires all electrical appliances/equipment to be tested & tagged in the workplace, ranging from computer equipment to heavy use industrial equipment.
Systems All Safe provides a Perth testing and tagging service for all your electrical equipment, to comply with W.A. Code of Practice AS/NZ 3760. This will ensure your electrical equipment in your work environment is the safest possible.
Each work environment is different and therefore how regularly your electrical equipment needs testing & tagging is different. We want you to be safe and compliant with the regulations, and to do this we know what needs testing and tagging and when.
When we come to your workplace, and we will ensure that all your electrical appliances/equipment are meeting the testing & tagging requirements correctly and thoroughly. We pride ourselves on quality testing and tagging, and excellent customer service.
If you are unsure of the requirement for testing and tagging in your workplace we can come and visit your workplace and assist you in providing a safe electrical work environment. You can also call us for information about our service and the requirements for testing and tagging at your location.
Systems All Safe provides a competitive package to ensure Landlords are complying with legislation of RCD’s and Smoke Alarms. For every property testing and tagging includes, the RCD’s and Smoke Alarms to confirm they are all working in proper order. Providing a safe residence for your tenants.
RCD Testing and Tagging
Systems All Safe specialize in the safety inspection and testing and tagging of Single & Three Phase electrical equipment as well as Fixed and Portable RCD’s.
RCD’s (Residual Current Device) detect a difference in the electrical current travelling through the RCD. Once this imbalance is recognised the RCD disconnects the power within 10 to 50 milliseconds, preventing electrocution, fire or even death.
RCD’s need testing and tagging according to AS/NZS 3760. Systems All Safe will test and tag all RCD’s at your workplace to ensure that your RCD’s operate within the 10 to 50-millisecond reaction time. Landlords are required to regularly test and tag the RCD’s of the properties they rent out.
But here’s the problem, Yes, physically tripping the circuit by pushing the TEST button will show the RCD trips, but is it fast enough to meet the standard?
This is where Systems All Safe testing and tagging equipment will time how fast it takes your RCD’s to trip, and ensures your RCD’s meet the legislation; we then provide a record of these results.
Details from the new 2010 standard require leakage testing and tagging to now become mandatory if the equipment has an electronic switch.
These standards are designed to prevent electrocution, injury, fire, and save lives.
Smoke Alarms from 1st October 2011 must be installed in all rental properties.
Systems All Safe will ensure testing and tagging of your Hard Wired & Battery ‘Type’ Smoke Alarms for compliance and safe operation are done to standard and regularly. We use artificial smoke to ensure the smoke alarm detects any smoke vapors; just doing a push button test is insufficient to confirm full functionality of the device.
Removing asbestos is a dangerous and complicated process and should only be carried out by professionals who are licensed. Taking the risk to remove even a small amount shouldn’t be done. A licensed asbestos removalist from Systems All Safe will ensure you and your family or business will be safe.
Worksafe WA states that over 10 square meters must be removed by a licensed and trained individual or business
Removal of any amount of friable asbestos must be done by a licensed individual or business.
If asbestos is disturbed it can release dangerous fine particles of dust containing asbestos fibers. Breathing in dust containing asbestos fibres can cause asbestosis, lung cancer and mesothelioma.
Asbestos is described as either “bonded” or “friable”.
Common uses for asbestos in buildings include: flat (fibro), corrugated roofing, water drainage, flue pipes, insulating lagging and floor tiles.
If in doubt, assume you are dealing with asbestos and take every precaution.
A licensed asbestos removalist with a friable asbestos license can only remove friable asbestos.
The safest way to manage the removal of asbestos is to hire a Systems All Safe licensed asbestos removalist. We will ensure that all asbestos is removed and your home or environment is safe.

Thermal Imaging (Thermography)
Thermal Imaging is a process of taking a picture and mapping the temperatures at each point in the picture. This process is a is a very important preventative maintenance measure that can detect parts of equipment that are overheating and faulty, saving large amounts of time and money to organisations that use this services regularly to prevent equipment from failing. Many insurance companies will reduce premiums if thermal imaging is done annually on equipment. Check with your insurance company for extra benefits.
These are just some of the uses of thermal imaging:
- Over heating & faulty Circuit Breakers
- Bearings that are wearing out
- Leaking pipes in walls
- Motorized equipment for overheating
- Much more.
